An introduction to the workshop series
One of the biggest challenges that organizations are facing is lack of leadership at various levels. Enterprises consistently spend time, resources and opportunity cost - simply because they don’t have enough bandwidth in their leadership. And this, we believe, will be a major risk for most companies in the near future.
However, leaders who aspire to get a position at the ‘high table’ cannot do so solely on the basis of the skills that brought them so far. While most managers have enormous access to information and knowledge, ironically a lot of this - is more of the same and adds little value in their quest for the new and enhanced challenges that they seek to achieve.
This workshop series aims to provide the knowledge which will help aspiring leaders (CXOs across functions) be able to make the journey through interventions and coaching over a period of one calendar year.
